Several CDBS tasks are available to the general user on the hydra cluster. To use these tasks, include the directory /data/cdbs1/tools/bin/ in your path.

• certify Check reference file for correctness
• expload Expand wild cards within a load file
• getref Get best reference files to use with an observation
• loopfits Convert a reference file to fits format
• mkcomptab Create a synphot component lookup table from the database
• mkload Create a load file for installation of file into database
• query Perform an arbitrary query on a cdbs database table
• uniqname Rename a reference file according to cdbs conventions
