There is one template obstemplate.tex for observing proposals (GO or SNAP) and one template artemplate.tex for proposals that only request funding (AR or Theory). The templates contain the items that are listed and discussed below in separate sections. Some items appear in both templates, whereas other items appear only in one of the two templates.
