2.2 What to Submit
Observers must submit the Remote Proposal Submission Two (RPS2) file to STScI by the Phase II deadline. It will contain the following:
- Updated general information section. This section contains the title, proposer information, abstract, and proposal text sections. Please note that some general information is very useful for a thorough and helpful technical review of your proposal. You may wish to include parts of your Phase I science discussion, but please note that all the Phase2 information that you provide is made freely available via the web.
- Target List. One or more of the Fixed, Solar System, or Generic Target Lists must be completed. If necessary, proper motion and parallax information should be supplied for fixed targets. Detailed instructions for filling out the target lists, as well as the proper motion and parallax information, are provided in Chapter3:Fixed and Generic Targets [Generic _Targets] and Chapter4:Solar System Targets List [Solar_System_Targets] of this document.
- Visit and Exposure Specifications. The Visit and Exposure Specifications must be completed. General instructions for completing the Visit/Exposure Template are provided in Chapter5:Visits and Exposures of this document.
