The wavelength in angstroms. The flux is average flux in units of erg cm^-2 s^-1 A^-1. The third column is the standard deviation on the flux, also in units of erg cm^-2. Starburst with intrinsic color excess 0.61 <= E(B-V) <= 0.7, as derived from the ratio of the Balmer emission lines H_alpha over H_beta. Templates UV-Optical spectra for starburst galaxies, from a combination of IUE data and of optical data with an aperture size matched to the IUE. The templates are build according to color excess for the starburst galaxies. In order to make the templetes, all the spectra are shifted to the rest frame and corrected for the foreground Galactic extinction using the Seaton (1979) extinction curve. Within the starburst group, the UV-optical spectra are rescaled to a common flux value and are averaged, after weighting each sectrum by its SNR ratio to produce the final template.
