genreq

The genreq binary is used to insert datasets from a data processing pipeline into an INGEST pipeline where the data is finally archived. Genreq is usually run in a pipeline mode where the resource file and OPUS blackboard control how the process is run. Genreq can also be run in command line mode for special case processing.

More_details

Normal operational procedure should be to run the command in pipeline mode. In interactive mode the OPUS OPS specific relations such as dads_archive, archive_files, and qoarchives are not updated.

Context

Inputs

For interactive mode only, the dataset must be in the users's working directory. The null.path file must contain valid INGEST pipeline parmeters and not use the default directory. Outputs
