DV_STI
This task "dredges" the telemetry information from the observation's
internal header (.ulx file), converts the data according to the conversion
information in the PMDB, and writes the data into a simple text file named
ipppssoot.DVX.
This task also reads the support schedule information from the .DGX file
and compares selected items of telemetry to the expected (PMDB) values.
Where there are differences, messages should be seen in the observation
trailer file.

Context
Inputs
The internal header (ipppssoot.ULX) is a required input to this process,
and should exist in the user's current working directory. In addition,
if validation is to be performed, the support schedule file (ipppssoot.DGX)
should also be present. The observation trailer (ipppssoot.TRX) file should
also exist in the current working directory. Note that the ipppssoot may
be wild-carded.
Outputs:
This task produces the ipppssoot.DVX file which contains the converted
telemetry values in a simple ASCII text file. Mismatches between the
actual and predicted telemetry will be written to the trailer and the
screen.
Constraints
The input files must exist in the user's default directory and
the output files will be created there as well.
Examples
$ DV_STI O20Q0102T
This command creates a .DVX file for the above observation.
$ DV_STI O20Q01*
This command creates DVX files for each observation in the current
working directory whose name begins with O20Q01
